The method that presents a lineup of suspects to the witness at the same time is a lineup, or live lineup. In this approach, several suspects stand together for the witness to view and identify who matches the offender, allowing side-by-side comparison. This contrasts with a show-up, which presents only one suspect to the witness; a photo array, which uses photographs (often shown in a set); and a double blind photo array, which is a bias-reducing version of a photo array.
